2. Rajasic diet

They are usually linked to excess and, if taken in excess, can lead to mental and physical imbalance. The best diet for people who need physical energy without mental disruption is a balance between Sattvic and Rajasic meals.

3. Tamasic diet

- “Eat seasonal & fresh produce” It promotes a balanced, Sattvic state. Select fruits, vegetables, and whole grains that are farmed in balance with the environment.
